Changes to Work/Life Balance Procedures

We care about the consumers. We really do. But like Kevin Durant said recently in his MVP speech, "Employees, you the real MVP!" The service and networking space we provide for our consumers cannot be made possible without your expertise, creativity, and innovation. THUS, we value your strengths (and physical bodies) so much that we are making new changes and compensation to your work/life balance procedures! Take a look at the following:

  • One hour of required lunch break every day and wait for it... it's PAID. There is always more work, but only one body. We understand that and value your health. But that's not all... with our new dining hall addition with a decorated menu of all sorts of goodies and healthy entrees, we ensure you will have a good meal and feel good at the same time. Or you can bring your own meal still. EAT.
  • Thirty minutes of required exercise at our facility-owned gym. Run on a treadmill, bench a few hundred, it doesn't matter. As long as the blood is flowing and the heart is pumping-- sitting hours in front of computers is not healthy.
  • Therapists and masseuses are available 24/7 for your convenience. Do not hesitate to utilize these services if you are feeling stressed or depressed. Only catch is this is on your own personal time.
So what do you think?
