Changes to Policies - Employees

New policies will be divided into two sections: Employees and Equal Opportunities. Please take a look at the following Employee Policies:

1. You can wear whatever you want-- just as long as you are wearing something that is NOT indecent. We promote individuality here as a means of producing cohesiveness in our culture.
2. Everyone must clock in when they enter and clock out when they leave.
3. Employees are required to come to work in the office everyday. No working from home.
4. Vacations must be pre-approved at least a month in advance.
5. There will be no harassment of any sort between employees. If you are guilty of such behavior, one warning will be given, and the next offense is immediate dismissal.
6. Misuse of the company name can considered a fireable offense. Refer to your new Policy and Procedures Manual for details.
7. Computers and workstations will be used only for work-purposes. If used otherwise, a warning will be issued, and the next offense will be dismissal.
